With a mix and match from selected and reserved Master Grade tone woods, including some of the finest figured woods available, with tonal responses to match. This guitar not only looks incredible with its crisp, clear and well balanced sound. This combination, combined with the large body size gives a really full and well balanced tonal range.

When Lowden receive their tone-woods into their workshops they re-grade them several times and only the rarest and exceptional pieces are reserved for the 50 series. Every 50 series guitar benefits visually and in tone from this very special wood.
